Saved in a user voice profile, this personalized information is recalled each time the user logs onto the voice system. The given mobile computer is then automatically configured with that user’s voice preferences, and the voice system is immediately ready for the user to start working.

MCL-Voice Operator Manager is the utility to help you set up and manager your voice users. Its user voice profile editor allows you to create and edit voice users, set recognition/decoding parameters, and set user voice preferences, such as preferred language, voice synthesizer speed, voice synthesizer volume, microphone sensitivity, and so on.

This approach is not only convenient for initial deployment of your voice system, it also means that you can increase your ROI by easily sharing a pool of devices amongst voice users from day-to-day or between work shifts.
